TRANSPARENT BPO OPENS A NEW 220 SEAT CALL CENTER IN BELIZE

Belize - Transparent BPO is a premier call center services and BPO provider, is pleased to announce the recent relocation and expansion of its call center from, 831 Coney Dr, Belize City, Belize to its brand new building located at 259 Coney Dr Belize City, Belize .

After expanding their client base they have out grown their current facility and are pleased to be moving in into an 18,000 square foot, three floor, state of the art 220 seat call center that was built from the ground up. Transparent’s new location will boast three floors with a full service cafeteria for it’s executive and call center associates, a dedicated training room that seats thirty two trainees, with 16 full service pc’s and a 110 inch projection screen. Transparent’s new location will encompass executive offices located on the first floor, a thirty seat quality assurance room, raised supervisor stations, full gated security that utilizes access control badges, and brand new generators that will allow them to continue to maintain a 98% uptime in the event of electrical outages. “We are very proud of the new space and now have a facility that will show very well during site visits. This new building compliments our superior service and now makes us the complete call center company and makes us more attractive to larger clients”, added Lafayette Moran, Director of Business Development of Transparent BPO.

The new space will allow the company to accommodate the increasing request from existing clients, and pursue the business of larger companies who seek to outsource their call center functions.
