Canoga Park, CA — Critical communications leader HigherGround® announced that it has joined the Cisco® Solution Partner Program as the primary provider of interaction recording solutions for Cisco Instant Connect. Instant Connect enables interoperable dispatch networks and command centers for first responders and field workers, connecting radio, IP, Wi-Fi, and other signals into a single, rapidly deployed system. As a member of the Cisco Solution Partner Program, HigherGround is able to quickly create and deploy solutions to enhance the capabilities, performance and management of Cisco solutions.
HigherGround and Cisco are exhibitors at the 81st Annual Association of Public-Safety Communications (APCO) International Conference and Expo in Washington, D.C., August 17-18, 2015. Cisco will offer a live demo of their Instant Connect solution featuring HigherGround Unified Recording at booth #2143. HigherGround, at booth #625, will also provide demonstrations of their recording system.
