Former TouchStar CEO to Guide Continued Growth of Cloud Contact Center Software Provider

BOULDER, CO-- Connect First has named customer experience evangelist Steve Bederman as CEO. In this role, Bederman will transform how Connect First serves the needs of its customers.

The foundation of Bederman's past success growing businesses has been to tenaciously and methodically deliver on promises made to customers. Using his customer-first philosophy, Bederman will guide Connect First's future while maintaining the company's reputation as a stable and scalable contact center platform.

Bederman has helped a number of technology companies transform into successful growth entities over the past two decades. He is best known as the founder and CEO for TouchStar, one of the leading and fastest growing companies in call center technology. Bederman also served as CEO at Vocalcom, E-Fense, The Corporation, and Voice One Solutions.

Former CEO Geoff Mina is shifting his focus to product development and technical operations as the company's chief technical officer.
