North Canton, Ohio — Ameridial announced that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named Ameridial in its 31st Annual CUSTOMER magazine Annual Top 50 Contact Center Outsourcing Ranking.  For 2016, as a Domestic based contact center Ameridial ranked #10 in the Inbound and #3 in the Outbound categories.
