Barbara Palmer Joins CallFire Executive Team as Chief Revenue Officer

Late Stage Start-Up Veteran to Oversee Business Development, Marketing and Sales

Santa Monica, Calif. – CallFire, the cloud-based text and voice platform that enables organizations to reach their target audiences by phone in real-time, announced that Barbara Palmer has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer. Palmer, former President of The Search Agency and SVP, Marketing Operations for United Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNTD), brings more than two decades of leadership experience to CallFire. Her background also includes entertainment and technology firms, both start-up and mature organizations. At CallFire, she will be responsible for defining new revenue streams, developing the marketing strategy and leading the sales force.

As CRO, Barbara will lead the charge in customer acquisition, business development, partnerships, marketing and sales. “It’s an exciting time for CallFire’s growth and I’m looking forward to utilizing my prior experience and exploring new opportunities for the company,” she explained.

Palmer joins CallFire from The Search Agency, the leading independent search engine marketing and search engine optimization agency in the country. She grew the agency to over 200 employees at 8 global offices and received Deloitte’s Fast 500 award four times over. Barbara serves as an independent board member for U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTS). Prior to The Search Agency, Barbara was SVP Marketing for Ameriquest Mortgage Company, and SVP, Marketing Operations for United Online where her role included customer acquisition, retention and maintaining the user experience throughout their lifecycle. Ms. Palmer started her career in the entertainment industry, working in marketing for Paramount Pictures Planet Hollywood and Universal Studios Hollywood.
