Inova Solutions LightLink 5.11 Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia — Inova Solutions, a leading provider of contact center real-time performance management solutions, announced that its LightLink software 5.11, is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya, a global provider of solutions that enable customer and team engagement across multiple channels and devices for better customer experience, increased productivity and enhanced financial performance.

Inova Solutions LightLink software helps contact centers improve real-time reporting through custom, aggregated dashboards and new cloud-based capabilities. LightLink 5.11 is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Contact Center 6.4.
